Mr. Dewangan had been associated with Sarthak Metals Limited and the Desraj Bansal Group for several years. He served as Head of Accounts and was recently appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. During his association, he made valuable contributions towards the Company’s accounting and financial functions and was known for his sincerity, dedication, integrity and commitment to his responsibilities. His untimely demise is a great loss to the Company, the Desraj Bansal Group and all his colleagues and associates. Mr. Dewangan was an integral part of the Sarthak Metals Limited and Desraj Bansal Group and made valuable contributions through his dedicated and sincere association with the organisation. During his tenure as Head of Accounts, he played an important role in strengthening the Company’s accounting and financial functions and was closely involved in ensuring financial discipline, accuracy and effective management of the Company’s financial affairs. Recognising his commitment, experience and professional capabilities, Mr. Dewangan was recently entrusted with the responsibility of Chief Financial Officer of Sarthak Metals Limited. His appointment to this position reflected the trust and confidence placed in him by the management and his colleagues. Mr. Dewangan was known for his sincerity, humility, dedication and calm demeanour. He was a person who approached his responsibilities with commitment and integrity and shared a warm and cordial relationship with his colleagues across the organisation. Beyond his professional life, Mr. Dewangan had a deep love for sports. His fondness for sports reflected his energetic and positive spirit. Through his two decades of association, Mr. Dewangan made a meaningful contribution to the growth, financial discipline and functioning of Sarthak Metals Limited and the Desraj Bansal Group. His professional commitment, sense of responsibility and personal warmth earned him the respect and affection of those around him. His untimely demise is a profound loss to the Company, the Group, his colleagues, friends and, most importantly, his family. While his absence will be deeply felt, his contributions, memories and the values with which he lived and worked will continue to remain with us.
