Pursuant to the aforesaid Notification, Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IAS has taken over the charge as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. September 09, 2026. 2. Shri Rajkumar Beniwal, IAS 09/09/2026 Pursuant to the aforesaid order (DIN: 07195658) of the Government of Gujarat, Shri Rajkumar Beniwal, IAS (DIN: 07195658) has relinquished charge and ceased to hold the office of Managing Director of the Company with effect from September 09, 2026. A copy of his resignation letter is enclosed as “Annexure – I”. The Company shall now proceed to complete statutory procedures and compliances with respect to the proposal for appointment of Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IAS as an Additional Director and Managing Director, designated as Key Managerial Personnel, will be placed before the Board of Directors at a duly convened meeting, following consideration and recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IAS (DIN: 03600655) is not debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any such authority. He is a 1998-batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from the Gujarat cadre. He has completed his B.Tech. (Hons.) at IIT Kharagpur and his M.P.A. at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota, USA. With over 27 years of experience in public administration, he has been a key driver in promoting sustainable development across various sectors, including finance, energy, petrochemicals, and environmental governance. He has rich knowledge and wide experience of working in various Government Departments and Public Sector Undertaking. He has served in various capacities in Panchayats, Rural Development, Finance, General Administration (Planning), Commercial Taxes, Energy & Petrochemicals, Forest & Environment, Climate change, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department and other departments, and listed state PSUs has given him the exposure and in-depth understanding of various sectors and grassroots issues.
