We wish to inform that the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has pronounced its order in favour of the Company, whereby the balance addition of Rs. 3.60 crore has been deleted. Further, the additional grounds raised by the Assessing Officer on the matter have also been dismissed. Accordingly, the entire additions of Rs. 40.38 crore made in the assessment proceedings for AY 2019-20 stands deleted.
