Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated January 16, 2026, regarding the income tax proceedings for AY
2019-20, pursuant to which an addition of Rs.3.60 crore remained outstanding in terms of the order passed by the
Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals).
We wish to inform that the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has pronounced its order in favour of the Company,
whereby the balance addition of Rs. 3.60 crore has been deleted. Further, the additional grounds raised by the Assessing
Officer on the matter have also been dismissed.
Accordingly, the entire additions of Rs. 40.38 crore made in the assessment proceedings for AY 2019-20 stands deleted.
The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations are given in Annexure A.
The Order was received by the Company on September 9, 2026, through an email, at 10:03 (IST).
