Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), it is hereby informed that a fire incident occurred on Wednesday, September 09, 2026, at around 8:15 A.M. (IST), due to a short circuit on the electrical power board at the Plant, Assembly Manufacturing area situated at Shed Nos. 1 to 4 and Shed No. 11, YSR EMC, Kopparthy, YSR Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh – 516003. The plant is owned and managed by AIL Dixon Technologies Private Limited (“AIL Dixon”), a material subsidiary of the Company. Immediate attention was given to the fire and promptly brought under control. There were no casualties or injuries reported and there is no disruption to our operations due to the reported incidence. There is adequate insurance coverage for the aforesaid Facility and intimation to the Insurance Company has already been made. The requisite details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are annexed herewith as Annexure A. Expected quantum of loss/damage caused The estimated loss, including raw materials, finished goods, testing equipment and other materials is expected to be approximately INR 28 Crores. The actual extent and quantum of loss/damage will be ascertained upon completion of a detailed assessment. 2.
