The necessary steps are being undertaken to ensure smooth resumption of operations in compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, the requisite disclosure is set out in Annexure A to this letter.
