The said appeal has been dismissed vide order dated September 08, 2026. The Company is of the considered view that it has strong grounds to support and defend its position in the matter and intends to pursue the available legal remedies. Accordingly, the Company will file an appeal before the appropriate appellate authority, i.e., the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), within the prescribed timelines.
