In this regard, we wish to inform you that Mr. Sastry Venkata Rama Vadlamani (DIN: 00027875) has completed his tenure today i.e., September 09, 2026 (end of day). Mr. Sastry Venkata Rama Vadlamani has communicated his decision not seeking re-appointment for a second term owing to his other commitments. Consequently, Mr. Sastry Venkata Rama Vadlamani will cease to be the Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company and member of respective Committees in the Company, effective from closure of business hours on September 09, 2026. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable guidance, support and contributions made by Mr. Sastry Venkata Rama Vadlamani during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company, and conveys its best wishes for his future endeavors.
