Pursuant to the above Regulation and in continuation of our earlier intimations dated December 13, 2024, and September 26, 2025, we hereby inform that the Company has today, i.e. September 09, 2026, acquired the remaining 20% shareholding in Radhesham Wellpack Private Limited (RWPL), consisting of 25,000 equity shares of ~100 each, for a total consideration of ~44.02/- crore, in accordance with the Share Purchase and Shareholders' Agreement (SPSHA) dated December 13, 2024 Consequent upon the said acquisition, RWPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company. The requisite details in terms of SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD POD2/l/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended, were already furnished vide our disclosure dated December 13, 2024.
