Resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer: • The Board has accepted and noted the resignation of Mr. Aniket Arun Kokane (ACS 51571) from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Mr. Aniket Arun Kokane ceases to be Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective from closing of working hours of Saturday, September 19, 2026.
