Shri Kalidas Pramanik, Chief Marketing Officer of the Company had requested for early superannuation from the employment of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 9th September, 2026 owing to ongoing family health challenges that require his personal attention and commitment. Accordingly, he shall cease to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 10th September, 2026. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Shri Pramanik stating that there is no other material reason for his early superannuation other than those stated above. Shri Pramanik will, however, continue to be associated with the Company in an advisory capacity. A copy of the letter received from Shri Kalidas Pramanik intimating his early superannuation is enclosed herewith. 2. Shri Tamal Kumar Pal, currently serving as President – Corporate Development has been designated as President- National Sales Head and as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 10th September, 2026. The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are enclosed as “Annexure - A”.
