Standalone Financial Results not submitted The Company acknowledges that the Standalone Financial Results were inadvertently not submitted along with the financial results filed with the Exchange on 14 August 2026. The omission was unintentional and occurred due to an inadvertent oversight at the time of submission. The Company hereby confirms that the Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 have now been duly submitted to the Exchange. The same is being submitted to rectify the aforesaid deficiency. 2. Machine Readable Form / Legible Copy of Financial Results not submitted The Company acknowledges that the previously uploaded document lacked the required machine-readable or text-searchable formatting. The Company has now submitted a fresh, legible, and machine-readable copy of the Financial Results to the Exchange in compliance with the regulatory requirements. The Company has taken note of the observations raised by the Exchange and ensures that utmost care will be taken in future filings. We request the Exchange to kindly take the above clarification and submissions on record and consider the aforesaid deficiencies as duly rectified.
