In this regard, we submit our clarification as under: 1. Observation: Financial results not signed by authorized signatory/ies; Designation and DIN not mentioned We respectfully submit that the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 were duly signed by the Managing Director of the Company i.e. Mr. Srinivasa Rao Kakumanu (DIN: 06726305), who is an authorized signatory in terms of Regulation 33(2)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, the signature appearing on the financial results pertains to the Managing Director of the Company, and therefore the requirement of authorization stands duly complied with. 2. Observation: Financial results submitted not as per format prescribed by SEBI; Date of signing financials not mentioned We respectfully submit that the financial results were prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the applicable SEBI-prescribed format. Further, the financial results were considered and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 24, 2026 and the Outcome of the Board Meeting along with the Limited Review Report dated July 24, 2026 and financial results was submitted to the Exchange on the same date. The date of the Board Meeting, approval of the financial results and the date of the Limited Review Report are clearly reflected in the documents filed with the Exchange on July 24, 2026.
