Highest bidder (H1) Status for the tender awarded by National Highways Authority of India
and Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board
of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, and SEBI
circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/l/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 as
amended; we are pleased to inform you that EMS Limited has received the Letter of Award
(LOA) for operations at Varshamedi Fee Plaza at Km 13+125 for Four lane with paved
Shoulder of NH-341 from Bhimasar, Junction of NH-41 to Anjar-Bhuj upto Airport Junction,
Km 0.000 to Km 65.478 in State of Gujarat. The estimated order value of the Work awarded
(excluding TCS) is approximately Rs. 2,838.88 lakhs (Rupees Two Thousand Eight Hundred
and Thirty-Eight Lakhs Only). The details of the work awarded are annexed herewith as
Annexure A.
