Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you regarding execution of a Shareholders’ Agreement amongst the Company, Adani Airport Holdings Limited (“AAHL”) and certain Identified Investors, on September 9, 2026 at 7:56 am (“SHA”) in respect of raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares by AAHL to the said identified investors, for a stake of up to 5.54% in AAHL.
