This is to inform that the 17th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Wednesday,
September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means
(OAVM).
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), please find enclosed herewith the Notice of 17th AGM along with the
Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 and other Statutory Reports, which is being sent
through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar
& Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”)/Depository Participant(s) (“DPs”).
Additionally, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, letter containing the Company’s
weblink to access the Annual Report of FY 2025-26 is being sent to those Members whose email addresses are
not registered with the Company/ RTA/ DPs.
Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Company is providing facility for remote e-voting
