Ref: Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We wish to inform you that Powerpulse Trading Solutions Limited ("PTSL"), a wholly- owned subsidiary of the Company has, upon obtaining the requisite approvals, entered into an agreement with Adani Power Limited ("APL") on 8th September 2026 pursuant to which, APL has assigned to PTSL all rights and obligations arising from the Letter of Award ("LOA") issued by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited ("MSEDCL") to APL for the supply of 2,500 MW Round-the-Clock ("RTC") power for a period of 25 years from the Scheduled Commencement Date of Supply. The receipt of this LOA was announced earlier by APL on 2nd April 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid agreement, PTSL has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with MSEDCL on 8th September 2026 in accordance with the aforesaid LOA. The PPA is aligned with PTSL’s core competencies in multi-source energy aggregation, power portfolio management, and power supply optimisation for its customers. The transaction is expected to further strengthen PTSL's power supply portfolio and reinforce its position in the energy solutions business.
