Pursuant to the aforesaid approval, the upside sharing amount of approximately INR 1,276.83 million arising from the divestment by Viridity Tone LLP has been settled with the Upside Principal Shareholders, namely Mr. Ajay Bhardwaj, Mr. Ganesh Sambasivam and Mr. K.
