Our Manifesto
If you are going to dream,
make it an impossible one.
And then, make it happen.
If you are traveling new paths,
be up for doing it alone.
If you’re proud of where you are from,
make where you’re from proud of you.
If you’re going to compete,
start where everybody else finishes.
If you’re looking for a reaction,
don’t settle for anything less than “woah!”
If you’re going to start something,
start something new.
The world doesn’t need another thing
just like the other thing.
And if you are looking for the
future, stop looking. Make it.
ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26 03
One Year. Four Stages. One Stronger Platform.
FY25 established the technology, products and manufacturing infrastructure required to participate in India's electric
transition. FY26 focused on strengthening the operating model behind that platform - improving service, product
economics, cost discipline, cash generation and Cell-manufacturing readiness.

FutureFactory
Built for Scale. Engineered for Advantage
Futurefactory is where Ola Electric’s technology, manufacturing and product platforms come together - turning
engineering into products at scale
Located at the heart of Ola Electric’s manufacturing ecosystem, the Futurefactory was built with a clear objective:
create a manufacturing platform capable of moving with the speed of technology and the scale of India.
From groundbreaking to first production in just eight months, the facility represents a manufacturing model designed
around speed, integration and scalability. Today, it has an installed production capacity of 1 million electric two-
wheelers annually, with a modular architecture designed to support significantly higher scale.
But the Futurefactory is more than capacity.
Its value lies in how product engineering, technology ownership and manufacturing come together within one
integrated system. This allows new product architectures and engineering improvements to move rapidly from design
to industrialisation - while common platforms and vertically integrated technologies help create a structurally efficient
cost base.
Manufacturing at the speed of innovation.
As our portfolio expands across scooters, motorcycles and future mobility formats, the Futurefactory gives us the
flexibility to adapt manufacturing around changing products, segments and customer needs.
Instead of creating an entirely new manufacturing system for every product, common architectures and modular
platforms allow us to reuse engineering, manufacturing processes and infrastructure across multiple products. That
makes the factory not only a production asset, but a platform for the next generation of Ola products.

ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26 05
The Advantage behind the scale
A Manufacturing Platform That Compounds
A manufacturing platform designed for speed, flexibility and structural cost advantage.
The FutureFactory is designed as a flexible manufacturing platform - connecting in-house technology, common
product architectures and vertically integrated manufacturing to support multiple products without rebuilding the
manufacturing base each time
Integrated by Design
In-house ownership of core technologies enables product engineering and manufacturing to evolve together -
improving control over quality, cost and execution.
Flexible by Architecture
Modular platforms allow the same manufacturing ecosystem to serve different products, segments and price points
- helping accelerate time to market.
Efficient at Scale
Platform commonality, vertical integration and localised sourcing create structural cost advantages while supporting
capital-efficient growth.
Deep vertical integration combined with localised sourcing helps reduce dependencies across critical components
and improves control over the manufacturing value chain
GigaFactory
Researching, Engineering and Manufacturing in India
From cell technology to energy infrastructure, the Ola Gigafactory is building a platform designed to power mobility
today and a broader energy ecosystem tomorrow
The Ola Gigafactory represents a strategic step in deepening our vertical integration - taking battery technology
from research and product development into commercial-scale manufacturing.
Built in less than 18 months from first pillar to first cell, the facility has reached 6 GWh of installed capaci
