Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015
This disclosure is in continuation of our earlier disclosures dated February 13, 2026, and August 27,
2026, wherein the Company had intimated the Stock Exchanges regarding filing of complaint with
the SEBI on February 12, 2026, and filing of follow-on complaint with the SEBI on August 26, 2026.
In furtherance of above, we hereby inform you that a further follow-on complaint has been filed with
the SEBI today i.e. on September 8, 2026, at around 4.00 pm, requesting the SEBI to initiate
appropriate investigation regarding (a) coordinated voting pattern reflected in the outcome of 33rd
Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 28, 2026, and (b) whether the voting pattern
constitutes conduct as persons acting in concert within the meaning of Regulation 2(1)(q) of the SEBI
(Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 (“Takeover Regulations”), and
whether the collective conduct amounts to acquisition of control within the meaning of
Regulation 2(1)(e) of the Takeover Regulations.
The Company will continue to update the stock exchanges on any significant developments related
to this matter.
