The Annual Report of the Company along with the No(cid:415)ce calling the AGM of the Company, for the financial year 2025-26, are being sent through electronic mode to all the members whose names appear in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on Friday, September 04, 2026 and whose email IDs are registered with Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) viz. Bigshare Services Private Limited / Depository Par(cid:415)cipant (DPs). Further, pursuant to Regula(cid:415)on 36(1)(b) of the Lis(cid:415)ng Regula(cid:415)ons, a le(cid:425)er is being sent to the Members whose email address is not registered with the Depositories / RTA/ Company, providing the web-link for accessing the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, including the No(cid:415)ce calling the 28th Annual General Mee(cid:415)ng. The Company shall be providing facility to all its shareholders to exercise their right to vote on all businesses proposed at the AGM by electronic means (remote e-Vo(cid:415)ng and e-Vo(cid:415)ng at AGM).
