Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we are pleased to inform you that K.P. Energy
Limited ("the Company") has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Emmvee Energy Private Limited
for setting up a Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project under the Group Captive route.
The proposed project entails 21 MW of Wind capacity along with 21 MWp of Solar capacity, taking
the total project size to 42 MW. The plant is proposed to be commissioned to meet the captive
power requirements of Emmvee Energy Private Limited's manufacturing facilities in Karnataka.
This marks the Company's first order in the State of Karnataka and represents an important step
in its geographical expansion beyond its core markets.
This development strengthens the Company's presence in the C&I and Group Captive space and
reinforces its position as a trusted renewable energy partner.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI master
circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, annexed
herewith as Annexure A.
