The company mainly operates in the business-to-business (B2B) segment, with a focus on
serving the requirements of other businesses. Its operations are largely focused on serving
large-scale clients, although some products are also sold via retail channels. The Company’s
principal customer base comprises Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEMs) who use the
company’s products as inputs for their own manufacturing processes, government
departments, and public sector bodies that purchase these products for various operational and
infrastructure needs.
