Out of the aforesaid allotment, 2,76,166 (Two lakh seventy-six thousand one hundred sixty-six) equity shares have been allotted under the WeWork India Management Limited 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, and 3,795 (Three thousand seven hundred ninety-five) equity shares have been allotted under the WeWork India Management Limited 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹1,38,87,02,130/- (Rupees One hundred thirty-eight crore eighty-seven lakh two thousand one hundred thirty only), comprising 13,88,70,213 (Thirteen crore eighty-eight lakh seventy thousand two hundred thirteen) equity shares having a face value of ₹10/- (Rupees Ten only) each.
