Hind Rectifiers Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the 68th Annual General Meeting of the Company, where a final dividend of Rs. 1.40 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2025-26 will be considered for approval. The Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend is fixed as Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
