Closure of trading Window

PNB Gilts Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders, including designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, and the date of the board meeting for considering these results will be communicated in due course.
