Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24th September, 2026 to 30th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting. The Record Date and cut-off date is fixed as 23rd September, 2026 for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting and Dividend. Dividend, as may be declared at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the end of business hours on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 being Cut- off date (“Record date”) for the purpose of dividend and offering e- voting facility to the Members in respect of resolutions to be transacted at the AGM scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026.
