The remote e-voting period shall commence on Sunday, September 27, 2026 (09:00 AM IST) and ends on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 (05:00 PM IST). The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by National Securities Depository Limited. Additionally, the Company is providing the facility of voting through e-voting system during the AGM (“e-voting”).
