Ruchi brings 25 years of global professional experience. Prior to this, she served as Chief People Officer (CPO) of Digitide, and before that, as CPO of Quess Corp. As the CPO of Digitide, she reimagined HR as a strategic, AI- enabled function, building a strong leadership pipeline. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership positions at Eaton, Scania Commercial Vehicles India, and Carl Zeiss India, where she led HR functions across country and regional markets. Ruchi has played a pivotal role in Digitide's key corporate milestones, including its listing, demerger and overseen appointment of key CXOs and Board members, along with total rewards for CXOs across the group.
