The Notice for the said AGM and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 are enclosed. The Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 is being sent to all members who have a registered email address via electronic mode and to those who have requested physical copies at their registered address. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 24th September, 2026 to Wednesday, 30t September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for Annual General Meeting. In compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has provided the remote electronic voting (e-voting) facility to its members through the electronic voting platform of National Securities Depository Limited.
