In addition, Ritco Logistics Ltd. Secures New Business Worth ₹388 Crore in August 2026, Led by Major HRRL and IOCL (Maharatna Company) Contracts Ritco Logistics Ltd., one of India's leading integrated logistics and supply chain solutions providers, continued its strong business momentum during August 2026 by securing new business worth approximately ₹388 crores across a diverse portfolio of leading customers and industrial sectors. The new business includes major long-term contracts with HRRL and IOCL, along with transportation assignments from prominent customers of FMCG, Steel, Cement, Automotive, Energy and Paper and Packaging. The strong order inflow reinforces Ritco's ability to secure long-term customer engagements across diverse industrial sectors and strengthens its revenue visibility for the coming periods. Transportation Vertical – Key Contract Wins HRRL – Major Long-Term Contract | ₹334 Crore  Ritco Logistics secured a significant three-year transportation contract from HRRL from (HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited) valued at approximately ₹334 crore.  The contract covers transportation from Pachpadra to Pan India distribution.  The sizeable long-term engagement represents the largest business win during August and significantly strengthens Ritco's portfolio of long-duration transportation contracts. IOCL – Major Transportation Contract  Ritco secured a one-year transportation contract from IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited)  The contract covers movements from Panipat to various destinations.  The contract further strengthens Ritco's relationship with a leading player in the energy and petroleum sector and adds substantial revenue visibility to the Company's transportation business. Other Strategic Business Wins Ritco also secured transportation contracts across a broad range of industrial sectors during August 2026:  FMCG – Secured two one-year transportation contract from Bhadrachalam to various destinations and Coimbatore to Tepla.  Steel – Secured multiple steel transportation contract from Vizag to Mundra, Haldia to Pan India.  Automotive – One-year transportation contract from Coimbatore to Madurai.  Cement – One-year transportation contract from Tandur to various destinations.  Paper & Packaging- One year transportation contracts from Kaigthapuram to Bangalore, Guntur and Mangalore and Rayagada to Multiple locations. Sustained Growth & Outlook: The strong order inflow during August 2026 marks another important milestone in Ritco Logistics' growth journey. Information Technology: 1. AI-Driven Logistics Intelligence & Predictive Monitoring: AI capabilities have been embedded across the logistics platform to enable intelligent monitoring, pattern recognition, and predictive decision-making for truck operations. 2. API Security Enhancement: API security capabilities have been enhanced to protect integrations supporting logistics and operational workflows. 3. Mobile Device Security Enhancement: Mobile security controls have been strengthened to protect devices used for field and operational activities. 4. Business Application Resilience Enhancement: Resilience of critical business applications has been strengthened to minimize disruption to logistics operations. 5. Platform Security Hardening: Security hardening activities have been performed across technology platforms supporting core logistics operations. Ritco Logistics Limited’s step down subsidiary Trucksup Solution Private Limited Key Updates: 1. Fund Raise: TrucksUp has secured an aggregate funding of ₹78.26 Crore (Rupees Seventy-Eight Crore and Twenty-Six Lakh only) taking its post-raised enterprise valuation to ₹403.26 Crore. The round saw strategic participation from prominent institutional entities, leading family offices, and co-founders Sarthak Shah Elwadhi and Aviraj Singh Chadha, who personally co- invested to expand their long-term equity holding in the company. The fresh capital will accelerate TrucksUp’s next phase of growth, with a strong focus on: • Strengthening core technology capabilities and deep-tech innovation • Expanding product engineering, data science and technology teams • Enhancing the intelligent freight-matching engine • Improving asset utilization and reducing empty return trips • Expanding fleet solutions and working capital requirements • Building a more transparent and hyper-profitable road logistics ecosystem 2. FASTag – TrucksUp issued approximately 8,270 FASTags during the month, with a GMV of approximately ₹45 Crore. FASTag continues to see strong and consistent demand from fleet operators. The strong issuance and GMV numbers show that fleet operators are increasingly using TrucksUp to manage and consolidate their toll payments in one place. 3. Vehicle Financing – The platform recorded total vehicle financing disbursements of approximately ₹3.50 Crores during the month. This reflects the continued adoption of TrucksUp’s financing solutions by fleet operators for their vehicle funding requirements. 4. Smart Fuel – Smart Fuel recorded approximately 355 KL of fuelling with the activation. The fuelling volumes reflect steady utilisation of the platform for fleet fuel requirements and continued movement of fuel spends onto TrucksUp. 5. GPS – GPS generated a revenue of approximately ₹40 Lakh during the month. GPS continues to contribute meaningfully to the platform's revenue mix and is emerging as a promising technology-led revenue stream 6. Subscription - TrucksUp generated a total subscription revenue of approximately ₹1.25 Crore during the month. 7. Truck Supplier Onboarding: A total of 14,945 Truck Suppliers were on boarded on the TrucksUp platform during the month.
