Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased as under: From To 1,29,83,87,850 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating 1,30,01,88,450 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs.1,29,83,87,850/- to Rs. 1,30,01,88,450/- In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 (“SEBI SBEB Regulations”), the details of shares allotted as above are given in the Annexures I & II to this intimation.
