Sub: Intimation of allotment of 1,94,810 equity shares pursuant to exercise of
Employees Stock Options under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019
(“ESOP Scheme”)
This is to inform that the Bank has allotted today, i.e., September 08, 2026, 1,94,810 equity
shares of Rs.10/- each, to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted
under the ESOP Scheme.
The paid-up share capital of the Bank accordingly increases from to Rs. 11,43,93,21,070/-
to Rs. 11,44,12,69,170/-
The new equity shares allotted shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all
aspects.
