Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the company has signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (Mo U), today, for setting up of a new, state-of-the-art Maize Processing Unit with
a maize grind capacity of 1200 TPD, for production of Maize Starch and its derivatives, entailing
a Cap Ex of about Rs 500 Crores, in District Nashik of Maharashtra State.
This strategic initative aims to expand our production capacity and to further strengthen our
market presence.
However, further effective steps for setting up the new unit will be taken after receiving the
timeline from the State Government for providing the necessary infrastructure required for the
project.
