The said order was received by the Company by email on September 7, 2026 at about 3:41 p.m. The said order constitutes a material event in terms of Regulation 30(4)(i)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events and Information. The Company is presently examining the aforesaid order and the basis for levy of the Environmental Compensation and shall take appropriate steps, including responding to the same and pursuing such remedial and legal measures as may be considered necessary to safeguard its interests. The Company remains committed to compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulatory requirements and continues to engage with the concerned regulatory authorities in relation to environmental and operational matters.
