b. Determinedandapprovedtheallocationof6,289,308EquitySharesatanIssuepriceof₹795.00
perEquityShare,whichisatadiscountof₹40.86perEquitySharei.e.4.89%tothefloorpriceof
₹ 835.86 per Equity Share, in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations (including a premium
of₹785.00perEquityShare)upontheclosureoftheIssue,determinedaccordingtotheformula
prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, for the Equity Shares to be
