Mr. Aditya Ramkrishna is appointed as the Head of the Company’s Digital Industries business, effective 1st October 2026. Brief profile of Mr. Ramkrishna is as under: Mr. Aditya Ramkrishna is currently the Head of Customer Services for Digital Industries, Asia Pacific. Since 2008, Mr. Ramkrishna has held various roles at Siemens in sales, business development, marketing, product management, strategy and country management in the automation business in Germany, the United States of America and Asia. Prior to this, he has held significant leadership assignments within Siemens including as Head of Vertical Sales in Digital Industries in India; General Manager of Digital Industries in Taiwan; and as Global Head of Sales for the Motion Control Service Business of Siemens (Germany / United Kingdom). Mr. Ramkrishna holds a (Dipl.-Ing.(Univ)) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Germany. Mr. Ramkrishna is a Governing Council Member of the Tata India Institute of Skills (TIIS) in addition to being a member of the CII State Council of Maharashtra. 2. Mr. Suprakash Chaudhuri will cease to be Interim Head of the Company’s Digital Industries business effective close of business hours on 30th September 2026.
