In a gesture that exemplifies gratitude and thoughtful reward, Mr. Achal Bakeri will be gifting a total of ~ 3,43,000 equity shares, representing 0.5% of Symphony’s equity share capital, valued at approximately INR 20 crores at current market prices, from his personal holdings. This distribution will span four years and is intended for the “Next of Kin” of a select group of individuals. The transfer of shares will be made as gifts to either the spouse, parents, or immediate relatives of employees (this includes ex-employees and housekeeping help) of Symphony Limited, and the family office. In exceptional circumstances, the shares may be gifted directly to the employees themselves. This approach recognises the broader circle of support that enables Symphony’s workforce to excel. Mr. Achal Bakeri has formally communicated his decision to Symphony Limited, and the Company has secured all necessary regulatory approvals, including from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), to enable the gifting of shares in compliance with legal requirements.
