We wish to inform you that Travel Circle International (Mauritius) Ltd (TCIM), a subsidiary of the Company in Mauritius, has intimated to the Company on the said date that Asian Trails Holding Ltd., Mauritius (AT Mauritius / Subsidiary Company of TCIM), was allotted today, 990 ordinary shares by PT Asian Trails Indonesia (AT Indonesia, a Step-down Subsidiary of TCIM, incorporated in Indonesia), pursuant to further investment made by AT Mauritius on August 3, 2026, of Indonesian Rupiah 712,800,000 by way of a rights issue into AT Indonesia. Post the investment and allotment, AT Mauritius continues to own 66% stake in AT Indonesia.
