(“KHL”), a subsidiary of the Company, on a rights basis. In this regard, we wish to inform that the Company has today, i.e. September 7, 2026 at 5.13 pm (IST), received a communication from KHL confirming the allotment of 50,21,212 equity shares to the Company on a rights basis. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the Company’s shareholding in KHL has increased from ~58.28% to ~66.15%. KHL continues to remain a subsidiary of the Company.
