Subject: Notice of 15th Annual General Meeting of Shiprocket Limited ("the Company") and
Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26
Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that the 15th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is scheduled
to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11 :30 A.M. (IST) through video conference ('VC')/
other audio visual means ('OAVM') in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies
Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board oflndia (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), and relevant circulars
issued by MCA and SEBI.
Pursuant to the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith Notice convening 15th AGM of the
Company ("Notice") and Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026
("Annual Report").
The Notice and Annual Report is being sent through electronic mode to the members of the Company
whose names appear in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on Friday, September 04,
2026 and whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ registrar and share transfer agent/
depositories/ depository participants.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1 )(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter is being sent to those
members whose E-mail IDs are not registered with the Company I RTA I Depositories, providing the

The Board has appointed KFin Technologies Limited, as the e-voting agency. Members of the
Company holding shares as on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 ("Cut-off date") are entitled to cast
their vote on the resolutions as set out in the Notice by electronic means, through remote e-voting
facility which shall commence on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (1ST) and end on Tuesday,
September 29, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (1ST) or through e-voting at theAGM.
