(IST) through video conference ('VC')/ other audio visual means ('OAVM') in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board oflndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), and relevant circulars issued by MCA and SEBI. Pursuant to the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith Notice convening 15th AGM of the Company ("Notice") and Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 ("Annual Report"). The Notice and Annual Report is being sent through electronic mode to the members of the Company whose names appear in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on Friday, September 04, 2026 and whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ registrar and share transfer agent/ depositories/ depository participants.
