Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on May 22, 2026, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.0.75 per equity share (7.50%) of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 19th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The Company has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Members entitled to receive the said final dividend. The final dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid/dispatched within the statutory timelines prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.
