With reference to the above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that 33rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 5.00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) facility to transact the Ordinary and Special Business as set out in the Notice convening the 34th AGM, dated September 29, 2026. A said copy of the Notice of 34th Annual General Meeting is attached with this letter. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 22, 2026 to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. Further pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will be providing the facility for voting by electronic means ("remote e-voting"). The remote e-voting period will commence on Saturday, September 26, 2026 (09.00 a.m. IST) and end on Monday, September 28, 2025 (5.00 p.m. IST). The voting rights of Members shall be reckoned on the basis of number of equity shares held by Members of the Company as on cut-off date i.e., September 22, 2026.
