Intimation of closure of Trading Window

Varroc Engineering Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date for considering these financial results will be intimated later.
