V., (“Netherlands subsidiary”), wholly owned subsidiary of 3i Infotech Holdings Private Limited, Mauritius, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has been notified today, i.e. September 7, 2026 (3:52 p.m.), that Netherlands subsidiary has been deregistered from the trade register of Chamber of Commerce (KVK) on September 3, 2026 and deregistration would be effective from April 30, 2026. The requisite disclosure as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular number HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure.
