CONNECTING
LOYALTY TO
EVERYDAY
COMMERCE
Loyalty creates more value when
it becomes part of how people live
and spend every day. That principle
sits at the heart of the business. We
bring rewards into the moments
that matter, whether people are
shopping, dining, travelling or
making everyday purchases, so
that loyalty becomes part of the
transaction itself.
Marketplace purchases, corporate
incentives and banking reward
programmes come together on a single
digital platform, allowing points held across
different accounts to be converted into
purchasing power and used instantly.
In doing so, we move loyalty beyond
accumulation and make it more accessible,
relevant and useful in everyday commerce.

VALUE
Gyftr is India’s
largest digital gift voucher
platform. It connects 400+
retail brands with the
country’s biggest banks and
corporate enterprises.
In place of paper and plastic gift cards, the
group delivers digital gift codes by SMS, email
and WhatsApp. Its own fulfilment technology sits
behind this, and it is what allows a reward to be
redeemed and spent on the same day. The group
holds an estimated 60% share of the market.

What We Do?
The group's platform brings consumer gift
vouchers, corporate rewards, banking loyalty
programmes and digital payments onto one
system. Each of these has historically run
separately, with its own rules and its own
redemption route. Holding them together is
what lets a reward earned in one place be
spent in another.

VERTICAL 1: B2C GIFT VOUCHER
PLATFORM (GYFTR)
The group's consumer-facing business is India’s largest open marketplace for digital gift vouchers. It
connects shoppers directly with leading brands, giving them a discount at the point of purchase and the
voucher within seconds.
Connecting the Dots
Gyftr buys digital gift vouchers from
leading brands in large volumes, which
secures preferential pricing. Most of
that saving is passed to the consumer
and a small margin is retained.
Because the platform is entirely
digital, there is no inventory to hold,
warehouse to run or physical product
to ship. As a result, serving a larger
volume adds very little to the cost.
