These customers typically use our platforms ixigo, Confirmtkt, and AbhiBus to plan, book, and manage their journeys

services. With the increasing adoption of digital services across India, our customer base comprises both new and
experienced internet users, including a growing number of digitally empowered travelers seeking simple, seamless,

train confirmation predictions, real-time running status, pricing alerts, and automated customer support, enhancing
the experience and convenience for all types of travelers.
