Convening the 36th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of The Byke Hospitality Limited.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that in reference to our communication dated September 04, 2026, wherein
the Company submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, along with the Notice
of the 36th AGM of the Company, scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 10:30
AM IST at Hotel ICONIQA, opp. T2 Terminal, Navpada, Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai,
Maharashtra 400099.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with Rule 20 of the Companies
(Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is issuing a Corrigendum to the
AGM Notice to rectify the Cut-off Date for determining the eligibility of Members to exercise
their voting rights through remote e-voting or voting at the AGM venue.
The Cut-off Date, which was inadvertently stated in the Notice of the 36th Annual General
Meeting, as Friday, September 18, 2026, stands revised to Saturday, September 19, 2026 in
compliance with statutory provisions.
As a result, we are providing the revised Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 along with
Notice of 36th Annual General Meeing. We wish to inform this corrigendum should be read in
conjunction with the original Annual Report and Notice of AGM.
The enclosed Corrigendum will be e-mailed to all Members, published in newspapers, and
uploaded on the Company's website at www.thebyke.com. All other contents, items, date, time,
venue, and instructions of the AGM Notice remain unchanged.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.
