Acquisition of Container Vessel "OEL SURYA" In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR, the Board has approved the acquisition of a container vessel "OEL SURYA" from Orient Express Lines Inc., through Transworld Sea-Connect IFSC Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, subject to such approvals as may be required, including approval of the shareholders of the Company. 2. Acquisition of Container Vessel "OEL VARUN" In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR, the Board has approved the acquisition of a container vessel "OEL VARUN" from Orient Express Lines Inc., through Transworld Sea-Connect IFSC Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, subject to such approvals as may be required, including approval of the shareholders of the Company. 3. Approval of Shareholders through Postal Ballot and Appointment of Scrutinizer In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, the Board has approved the draft Postal Ballot Notice seeking the consent of the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot in respect of the matters set out therein.
