In this regard, the Company would like to clarify that, in the letter enclosed to the aforesaid intimation, the date of the letter was inadvertently mentioned as “02-September-2026” instead of “03-September- 2026.” We hereby confirm that the actual date of dispatch of the said letters to the shareholders was 03 September 2026. The mention of 02-September-2026 in the attached letter was purely a typographical error and there is no change in the substance or purpose of the communication made to the shareholders.
