Ref.: Our le(cid:308)er dated 27th August, 2026 regarding Compliance with Regulation 36(1)(a) and (b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Circulation of Annual Report. We wish to inform you that the Company has issued a Corrigendum Notice dated 04th September, 2026 to the Notice convening the 63rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of W.S. Industries (India) Limited (“Company”) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”). The Corrigendum has been issued consequent to the resignation of Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella (DIN: 06871120) from the office of Independent Director of the Company, with effect from 04.09.2026. Accordingly, the Item No. 3 relating to the appointment of Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella, as an Independent Director of the Company, as set out in the Original/Initial AGM Notice of the 63rd AGM, dated 10th August, 2026, stands withdrawn and has become infructuous and, shall not be placed before the Members for consideration and approval at the AGM. In view of the withdrawal of the aforesaid Item No. 3, the Company has instructed the e-voting agency to block/freeze the voting facility in respect of Item No. 3. The necessary action in this regard is being taken by the e- voting agency. Any vote, if cast in respect of Item No. 3 prior to the blocking/freezing of the voting facility, shall not be considered for the purpose of determining the voting results in respect of the said Item. The withdrawal of Item No. 3 does not result in any change in the serial numbering of the subsequent items of business contained in the AGM Notice. The Corrigendum forms an integral part of the Notice of the 63rd AGM dated 10th August, 2026. Except, for the changes specifically stated in the Corrigendum, all other particulars, terms and contents of the AGM Notice remain unchanged. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(a) and (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company, has taken the following steps for dissemination of the Corrigendum: 1.
